  1. Well, Kathy, I guess it's been a while since I looked at your profile, so I didn't know about this blog. Being married to a Scandinavian I love to find new recipes that reflect his heritage - and then to see that there are so many other good recipes too....bonus!

    1. I am finding more and more recipes from my ( and my husband's ) heritage that seem to me old friends.I love watching the videos of this chef and have one of his cookbooks. Beautiful and practical.And yes, they seem to me old familiar friends.
